UNC faculty praise decision to remove Butch Davis


Members of the UNC faculty on Thursday applauded Chancellor Holden Thorp's decision to fire head football Coach amid several embarrassing scandals in the football program. They said that removing Davis will help to begin the healing process that will hopefully restore UNC's reputation as a school that values scholarship and winning in athletics the right way.
