Harrison Barnes helps out at hometown basketball camp

Ames High freshman Sam Straub knew Harrison Barnes growing up — his father, Scott, also worked with Barnes on physical therapy sessions — Straub never really had a chance to work extensively alongside Barnes on a basketball court. On Saturday, Straub got his chance. Barnes returned to Ames this weekend to help Ames coach Vance Downs run the Ames Parks and Recreation’s youth basketball camp.
