Feeling better

There's a disconnect between Deon Thompson's expectations and his results so far this season. "I wouldn't say disappointment, but I just thought it would be better than it is right now," North Carolina's starting power forward said. "It's not where I thought I'd be." First and foremost, the sophomore is happy that his team is undefeated through nine games. Individually, Thompson wants more from himself. (Durham Herald-Sun)
