Steve Sisa Promoted To Assistant Football Coach

North Carolina interim head football coach Everett Withers has filled his coaching staff with the promotion of Steve Sisa to safeties coach. A native of Manassas, Va., Sisa is in his second season with the Tar Heels after working last year in player development. Sisa came to Carolina after serving two seasons (2008-09) as a graduate assistant at Southern Miss. (Tar Heel Blue)
