Steve Sisa Promoted To Assistant Football Coach Posted Aug 3, 2011 North Carolina interim head football coach Everett Withers has filled his coaching staff with the promotion of Steve Sisa to safeties coach. A native of Manassas, Va., Sisa is in his second season with the Tar Heels after working last year in player development.
