Tar Heels look to fill gaps, leadership roles

North Carolina football players will gather together today for the first time since it was announced that Coach Butch Davis was fired a week ago. It's been a rocky week for the Tar Heels, as Davis' dismissal was announced unexpectedly after more than a year of an NCAA investigation hanging over the program and defensive coordinator Everett Withers was elevated to be the interim coach.
