David Glenn recently caught up with former N.C. Supreme Court justice Bob Orr. Last year Orr represented UNC fullback Devon Ramsay, helping Ramsay to regain his eligibility. Among the topics they discussed: the lack of student-athlete rights within the NCAA system; why Orr was successful in the appeal of Devon Ramsey’s case; why he thinks Butch Davis and Michael McAdoo kept their ends of “the bargain.”
