7 – Bryn Renner, Soph., North Carolina – Renner almost beat out T.J. Yates last season, and Yates went on to have the best year of any UNC QB ever. Renner was highly touted in high school and has drawn rave reviews since he stepped onto UNC’s campus. He could jump in this ranking. (Fox Sports South)
