Here’s a look at which programs in the conference have looked great in the preseason recently only to underwhelm once the season begins: 3. North Carolina: Heading into the 2011 season, this roster was in the midst of reloading when Butch Davis was fired. Just when the program seems on the verge of getting over the eight-win hump and contending for a title, the entire organization seemingly self-destructs.
