7. North Carolina: One of the more intriguing classes due to the resignation of Butch Davis and possible NCAA sanctions, the Tar Heels have done a solid job under the circumstances. Quarterback Patton Robinette is an Elite 11 quarterback and could be someone to build around in tough times.
