Recruiting Updates: Todd Gurley, Nick Dawson, Brice Johnson

6-8 Brice Johnson of Edisto made unofficial visits to UNC and N.C. State over the weekend. Those are two of his final eight. The others are Clemson, South Carolina, Florida, Connecticut, Baylor and Ohio State. RB Todd Gurley of Tarboro, N.C., set his first official visit for Georgia on Sept. 10, when the Bulldogs host South Carolina. Gurley has not set any other visits but is likely to visit Clemson. "They're in my top six," he said. The others in his top six are UNC, Georgia, Virginia Tech, N.C. State and Auburn. UNC is also likely for an official visit.
