Lucas: The First Day
Posted Aug 25, 2011
Very few Tar Heel fans can claim fond memories of Florida State's 37-0 whitewashing of Carolina on August 30, 2003. For most of us, that's the game when FSU's Greg Jones flattened Dexter Reid. See, not exactly a happy image, is it? I loved that game. In fact, I have a picture of it right here on my desk. Two very happy people are holding one very tiny baby. That game was my daughter McKay's very first football game.
