Former Ragsdale quarterback Luke Heavner walks on to North Carolina football team


Ragsdale graduate , a two-year starter at quarterback for the Tigers, has successfully walked on to the North Carolina football team as a wide receiver. “I just felt like on the college level, I was better suited for that position,” Heavner said Thursday, just hours after learning he made the team.
