Five questions with Episcopal linebacker Shakeel Rashad

Why commit to UNC so early? “I knew what I wanted to do from the time recruiting started, so when that happened and they offered me, I knew for sure I wanted to go there. I took a couple visits, but I definitely made up my mind in early February. I’m excited to go there.” What do you love most about game day? “The part I love the most is running out, because everything leading up to it, you’re nervous. Everything after that just happens so fast, you don’t really get a chance to experience it. Running out is the last conscious thing you do.” (Florida Times-Union)
