Greg Little, the freshman from Durham who switched to running back and scored the game-winning touchdown against Duke in overtime, will join the basketball team on Thursday. "We're going to try it awhile and see how it looks," Roy Williams told his weekly radio audience on Monday. "If it looks like it will be good for him and not hurt anything on the football field, he'll be playing with us this year.
