Kareem Martin, a 6-foot-6, 260-pound sophomore is listed as being neck-and-neck with Donte Paige-Moss as the Tar Heels’ probable starter. Given that Paige-Moss enters the season as one of the team’s most dangerous pass rushers and a big reason — along with senior Quinton Coples — that UNC’s defensive line is considered one of the ACC’s most talented, the development is surprising.
