UNC coach Everett Withers feeling like a CEO

While he smiles a lot and isn't super savvy yet dealing with the press, Everett Withers comes off as likable, but he's not stoic, a typical description of most head coaches at BCS programs. But this could work in his favor, as he might be the consummate leader for the program at this time. His personality and that he's so positive could be what the Tar Heels need. (Fox Sports South)
