Every coach hopes his team will set the tempo for the season with a supreme effort in the first game. There are plenty of reasons to believe this Carolina team will do just that on Saturday against James Madison at 3:30 p.m. at Kenan Stadium. "The biggest excitement I have is watching our kids execute in practice, and I can't wait to see them play," interim coach Everett Withers said. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
