UNC to give game ball to Butch Davis


is no longer an active part of UNC's football program, but he prominently remains in the hearts of the Tar Heels players and coaches. The players and interim head coach feel so strongly for Davis, who was fired on July 28 amidst an NCAA investigation, that they decided to give him the game ball from the victory over the Dukes.
