ACC Football Power Rankings, Sept. 6

4. North Carolina (1-0): Quarterback had quite the debut in his first start, completing all but one of his 23 passes for a gaudy 95.6 completion percentage in the Tar Heels’ 42-10 rout of James Madison. Even though it came against an FCS foe, that’s a great sign for the Tar Heels offense. Those kind of numbers are rarely achieved against any level of competition. (ACC Sports Journal)
