Byrd is ready to fly, again

With Devon Ramsay going down with an ACL injury, walk-on Curtis Byrd will once again be called on to see time as the starter at fullback just like he did last season due to Ramsay’s NCAA suspension. Byrd was one of several walk-on to be awarded a scholarship this fall.
