ACC Football Power Rankings, Sept. 12

4. North Carolina (2-0): How do you turn the ball over five times, not force any turnovers and somehow beat a legitimate opponent like Rutgers? Get a great effort by your defense and a couple of big plays from the offense (Dwight Jones hauled in a 66-yard TD pass and Giovani Bernard ripped off a 60-yard TD run). It makes you wonder what the Tar Heels are capable of when they actually hold on to the ball.
