Ball security in forefront of Heels' preparation
Posted Sep 13, 2011
North Carolina may be off to a 2-0 start on the 2011 football season, but after a narrow win over Rutgers that included five turnovers, the Tar Heels are in need of a recommitted focus before their conference opener against Virginia. Quarterback Bryn Renner’s 42 for 49 passing for 550 yards and three touchdowns through two weeks glow on the stat sheet. So do the four interceptions. So too do the six fumbles as a team, two of which have been lost.
