ACC Football Commitment Lists: Coastal Division, Sept. 23

Not a lot going on the recruiting front over the past couple of weeks in the ACC’s coastal division — North Carolina and Virginia were the only schools to pick up any commits. North Carolina picked up its thirteenth recruit in Texas defensive end Jessie Rogers. Virginia snagged yet another big-time recruit when four-star wide receiver Canaan Severin picked the Cavaliers earlier this week. (ACC Sports Journal)
