North Carolina has designs on turning today's ACC football game at Georgia Tech into a game of keep-away. North Carolina will be playing its first road game this season (noon, ESPN), and coach Everett Withers and his players all agree that to have any chance of winning, North Carolina will have to limit the number of times that Georgia Tech's powerful offense has the ball.
