There were plenty of head-slaps and punching and everything that goes with a fight on historic Grant Field Saturday afternoon. While Georgia Tech sophomore center Jay Finch left with the shiner, it was his team that shone brightest, and when the smoke cleared, Georgia Tech had raised its record to 4-0, 1-0 in the ACC, with a 35-28 victory over North Carolina.
