5. North Carolina (3-1, 1-1 ACC): An inability to get Georgia Tech’s offense off the field is why the Tar Heels aren’t 4-0. The Yellow Jackets had over a 12-minute advantage in time of possession. The good news is freshman Giovani Bernard (155 rushing yards, 47 receiving yards, 2 TDs) is emerging as one of the league’s best offensive players.
