Barth out, Price in for UNC against East Carolina

North Carolina interim coach Everett Withers says the Tar Heels should have cornerback Jabari Price for Saturday's trip to East Carolina, though kicker Casey Barth will be out for the second straight game. Price hasn't played after having surgery following a preseason hand injury. Barth missed last week's loss at Georgia Tech with a thigh injury. (Greenville Daily Reflector)
