Saturday's final score, a 35-20 decision for the Tar Heels, made the game look closer than it was. After 30 minutes, Carolina led 28-3. The 25-point margin was the largest halftime deficit ECU had faced in four years. East Carolina's air attack was able to move the ball, but only twice - both times in the second half - did they find the end zone.
