Tar Heels run game coming around

North Carolina has put together some gaudy passing statistics in the season's early going, averaging better than 232 yards a game through the air with quarterback Bryn Renner completing three of four of his pass attempts. But it's the Tar Heels' running game that has made coach Everett Withers happy. The Heels ran for 226 yards in disposing of East Carolina 35-20.
