Tar Heels bend but don't break

Despite playing without starting LBs and and allowing Louisville to control the ball for 22 of the first 30 minutes, North Carolina’s defense still found a way to get the job done. The Tar Heels got better as the game went on and dominated the Cardinals in the second half while coming within 42 seconds of their first shutout since 1999. (Wilmington Star News)
