ACC Report Card: Winning ugly leaves room for improvement

North Carolina, C+: There’s something to be said for winning when you’re not at your best, and the Tar Heels get high marks for that Saturday against Louisville. But if coach Everett Withers’ team wants to be considered among the ACC’s elite as it enters its stretch run of six straight league games, some flaws that were exposed by the Cardinals need to be addressed.
