Greg Little huge for Heels in win over Duke
Posted Nov 25, 2007
Greg Little had just committed a taunting penalty to essentially end a promising third-quarter drive for UNC. And after getting an earful from coach Butch Davis on the sideline, Little figured he had to make amends. “I told Coach Davis, if I had anything to do with it, we were going to win,” Little said. The freshman certainly delivered. Little ran for a career-high 154 yards and the winning 25-yard score in overtime to help the Tar Heels beat Duke 20-14.
