Rivalry significant for Wolfpack, Tar Heels' futures

When the 2007 football season began with Butch Davis at North Carolina and Tom O'Brien at N.C. State, top administrators at both schools felt secure about the future of their programs. Less than five full seasons later, the ACC rivals will play their 101st game against each other amid a backdrop of turbulence and uncertainty.
