North Carolina coach Roy Williams will always have a soft spot for UNC Asheville’s old Justice Center, where he used to play pickup ball in high school. “It was a good gym to shoot in; I just felt like I shot it very well every time I played up there,’’ Williams remembered recently. He’s hoping he has the same feeling about the Bulldogs’ new stadium, Kimmel Arena, when the Tar Heels help open it today.
