Linebacker Joseph Jackson of Jacksonville was committed to West Virginia, but he had a change of heart and committed to North Carolina on Nov. 7. North Carolina also added cornerback Tyreece Jiles of Cape Coral (FL) High, who remains committed to the Tar Heels despite reports that he had switched allegiances to Purdue.
