Dexter Strickland is Tar Heels' "tough nut"

Posted Nov 16, 2011
Roy Williams said he rides Dexter Strickland harder than any other player on the Tar Heels’ roster. He added that the New Jersey-bred Strickland is strong enough to take it, calling him a “tough little nut.” “It’s self-explanatory,” Strickland said of Williams’ label. “It’s somebody who will do whatever is necessary to help the team win. Big things, little things, it doesn’t matter.” (Fayetteville Observer)
