North Carolina scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns in charging back against No. 9 Virginia Tech on Thursday night, but the Tar Heels were unable to find the magic responsible for the 2009 upset and ultimately ran out of time in losing 24-21 at Lane Stadium. (Inside Carolina)
