North Carolina basketball team embraces defensive mindset

If this group of Tar Heels is to reach the heights of its 2009 counterpart, it will do it with an identity much more tied to defensive toughness than high-scoring artistry. "As a team, we know that defense can win us games," forward John Henson said. "That's going to make us play D right away. That mentality is going to carry over. That's what we did last year, so that's what we're going to do this year."
