Michael McAdoo to appeal dismissal of NCAA lawsuit

The attorney for former North Carolina football player Michael McAdoo will appeal the dismissal of McAdoo’s lawsuit against the school and NCAA. Noah H. Huffstetler III said Monday the family wants to continue the case to focus attention on NCAA procedures when enforcing its bylaws and the rights of student-athletes. A Durham judge dismissed the lawsuit last week. (Rivals.com)
