North Carolina, C+: It’s usually the little things that determine the difference between winning and losing close games, especially on the road. It’s a painful lesson the Tar Heels learned Thursday night against Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. This was a game UNC could easily have won. The Tar Heels also lost 1,000-yard rusher Giovani Bernard to a mild concussion. (Wilmington Star News)
