Strelow: As shots fall, Bullock gains confidence

North Carolina looked worthy of its No. 1 ranking Tuesday, largely because Reggie Bullock, the rehabilitated sophomore, resembled Reggie Bullock, the confident high school All-American. Bullock, whose freshman season was shortened by a left knee injury, scored a career-high 23 points as the Tar Heels rolled to a 102-69 victory against Tennessee State. He hit six of his seven 3-point attempts.
