UNC recruit Isaiah Hicks sidelined with eligibility issues
Posted Nov 23, 2011
Forward Isaiah Hicks, who has verbally committed to UNC and is ranked the No. 14 prospect in the ESPNU Super 60 for 2013, is not practicing – and cannot play – with his new high school team until he has some eligibility issues resolved. Hicks, who starred last season at Raleigh (N.C.) Body of Christ Academy, transferred to Oxford (N.C.) Webb High, where he played as a freshman. Webb is waiting for some paperwork before he can play.
