Reggie Bullock poured in career bests of six 3-pointers and 23 points three nights ago, in what collectively amounted to a huge shot of confidence. “It’s a big relief,” he said. “I just needed to make shots. That’s what I’m here for.” And that’s what he did at a rapidly effective rate as the top-ranked Tar Heels trounced Tennessee State before departing for tonight’s matchup against struggling South Carolina in Las Vegas.
