The fact that North Carolina eclipsed the 100-point plateau Sunday night did not stand out to Danny Green. It's what the No. 1 team in the nation did without the ball that made Green jovial. North Carolina used a trapping defense to force 23 turnovers in a 107-72 rout of winless Iona on Sunday night in the first round of the Las Vegas Invitational in the Dean Smith Center.
