Hansbrough’s dunk punctuates NC win
Posted Nov 19, 2007
With typical relentlessness in his eyes, Tyler Hansbrough (27 points, nine rebounds) leaped toward the hoop, smashing into Griffin like a Boeing 747 hitting a pigeon, and then finished a violent slam that blew the roof off the Smith Center and provided the signature play of UNC’s 107-72 victory. Griffin picked up a foul and an unfortunate moment of Smith Center notoriety.
