Tar Heels pass first big test with bounce back win


Final exams are still a week or two away at most college campuses. But for the North Carolina basketball team, the first big test of the season was administered Wednesday. It came in the form of an ACC-Big Ten Challenge matchup against Wisconsin that resembled hand-to-hand combat more than the skilled game James Naismith envisioned. And the Tar Heels aced it with flying colors. (Wilmington Star News)
