Kentucky outlasts UNC for 73-72 win

Down a point in the final seconds, North Carolina had one final shot to take the lead here against Kentucky. But John Henson’s shot near the left baseline was blocked and Kentucky held on for a 73-72 victory against the fifth-ranked Tar Heels. No. 5 UNC led 43-38 at halftime but the Wildcats were the more aggressive team in the second half. And also the team that made the most of its opportunities.
