The University of North Carolina is going through the process of hiring Larry Fedora as the school's next head football coach on Thursday. The University's Board of Trustees is meeting in an 'emergency' session, which started at approximately 9:00 am, to discuss and approve the hiring of the former Southern Mississippi head coach.
