Praise of new North Carolina head coach cluttered twitter as Larry Fedora addressed the media for the first time Friday. Former and current UNC athletes were well aware of the 1 p.m. press conference and endorsed the hire as they watched the Fedora spectacle. (WRAL Sports Fan)
