With critical blocked shots and equally vital buckets on the other end, John Henson’s elastic arms were everywhere in the decisive moments for North Carolina on Saturday night. Those contributions, along with Harrison Barnes’ scoring, Kendall Marshall’s passing and Reggie Bullock’s punch off the bench, became imperative -- and stretched to the limit -- against Long Beach State.
